What do we mean by Leadership Development Coaching?

Leadership – the ability to create a vision and encourage others to commit their energy and creativity to that vision.

Development – leadership is a set of human qualities and skills that can be learned and perfected. Increasing self-awareness is the key to continuous growth.

Coaching – a guided learning process where the coach helps the client to explore, challenge and ‘unlearn’ barriers to excellent performance.

We’re interested in helping you (challenging you) to be the best leader you can be.

You may be:

  • working alone on your own approach to leadership
  • a team leader or head of department asking questions about your own role, searching for new ways to work with your reports
  • a recently promoted manager, moving from a technical to more people-focused role
  • a small business owner leading a growing enterprise, encountering issues in working with an expanding team
  • a senior executive working with or without the support of a coach or mentor
  • a trainer responsible for developing leadership skills in others
